Cypress Apartments South offers 8 units at market rate, regardless of income. The application process and verification of income is still required.

Cypress Apartments South
Central City's Newest Affordable Housing
Cypress South Apartments have been financed in part through the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF) through the State of Nebraska Department of Economic Development, in partnership with the City of Central City. Eligibility for TENANTS to reside in a rental unit is based on an Income Qualified Application based upon TENANTS' household income. The OWNER will determine the TENANT'S eligibility based upon NAHTF regulations. Eligibility at the Income Qualified Rate will be determined upon the execution of this lease agreement and annually thereafter.
TENANT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Following review of the Tenant Selection Policy & Lease Agreement, complete the Apartment Application for Occupancy collecting all items identified on the "Tenant Applicant Checklist"

Upon notification of an assigned rental unit, Applicant has 5 calendar days to complete the required online Nebraska RentWise training course. Training course : https://training.rentwise.org/ . Failure to complete training by the deadline will forfeit your assigned housing unit.

Applicants with completed applications will be contacted by Four Six Properties Management for an eligible rental unit in order of receipt. Incomplete applications are not processed for a rental unit all checklist items are complete.
