Cypress Apartments South  

Cypress South Apartments have been financed in part through the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF) through the State of Nebraska Department of Economic Development, in partnership with the City of Central City. Eligibility for TENANTS to reside in a rental unit is based on an Income Qualified Application based upon TENANTS' household income.  The OWNER will determine the TENANT'S eligibility based upon NAHTF regulations. Eligibility at the Income Qualified Rate will be determined upon the execution of this lease agreement and annually thereafter.
